This course is a blend of the new FSPCA Intentional Adulteration-Conducting Vulnerability Assessments training with the GFDI “Street Smart'' food defense course.
Lance Roberie (FSQS) and Rod Wheeler (GFDI) team up to bring you an exciting combo course that not only satisfies the requirements for being a qualified individual for conducting vulnerability assessments under the new food defense rule, but also adds valuable exercises in crisis/incident management, such as handling an active shooter situation, that provide attendees with thought-provoking scenarios that are sure to challenge even the most comprehensive safety programs.
