Updated FDA guidelines: Incorporating the most recent food safety risk assessment (hazard analysis) approach to provide a more thorough hazard identification in order to better evaluate potential preventive controls.
Enhanced focus on risk-based preventive controls: Combining the use of modern tools with clearer model food safety plan examples to ensure you’re equipped to manage emerging challenges in food processing.
Improved training materials: Targeted at a broader range of food safety scenarios and incorporates the latest in FDA material, such as the new hazards guide. Participants can now gain quick access to outside supporting documents by simply scanning QR codes throughout the lessons.
Whether you're updating your training or seeking new knowledge, these classes will help you meet the highest standards. Our online and in-person sessions are led by experienced instructors who bring over 20 years of expertise.
How to Enroll in These New Courses?
