Understanding the Food Traceability Rule (FSMA Section 204) – Live Instructor-Led Course

Participants in this FDA Traceability Rule course will gain practical knowledge to help their facility comply with the FSMA Final Rule on Requirements for Additional Traceability Records for Certain Foods. This rule is part of FDA’s broader Food Safety initiative, aimed at enhancing traceability throughout the supply chain.

The rule applies to companies that manufacture, process, pack, or hold foods on the FDA’s Food Traceability List (FTL), which includes items like leafy greens, tomatoes, soft cheeses, shell eggs, nut butters, and more.
