*ServSafe Food Protection Manager – January 26, 2021

This is the foundational food safety certification needed to receive food operating permits for restaurants, snow ball stands, food trucks, etc. from the Dept. of Health.  This program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety.  The manager exam is given the same day after the training course.

HACCP – January 27-28, 2021

Learn how to develop a food safety plan using this proven 12 step HACCP certification program.  Assemble a team, describe the products, analyze the hazards and develop critical control points to reduce or eliminate those hazards.  This is an International HACCP Alliance curriculum and IHA approved course.  This certification is commonly required for 3rd-party audit and USDA requirements.

Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI) – February 9-10, 2021

The newest approach to food safety.  FDA has recently taken an even more preventive approach to developing a food safety plan with the recent implementation of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).  Become a “preventive controls qualified individual” (PCQI) by attending this 2-day course and earning an FDA recognized food safety certification.  This certification is commonly required by FDA, customers and 3rd-party audits.

Registration for this bundle automatically registers you for  all 3 classes!

*Attendees must pass the ServSafe Food Protection Manager test in order to achieve that certification.
