COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is a 1-day course. Training will begin at 8:00 am and typically concludes at around 3:00pm. Exam to follow and will end at approximately 5:00 pm. Attendees are allowed 2 hours to complete the exam. Cost of the course does not include course books or lunch.
Books and exam answer sheets can be purchased on the ServSafe website at https://www.servsafe.com/access/SS/Catalog/ProductDetail/ESV7. Attendees will need a paper exam answer sheet and #2 pencil in order to complete the exam. We strongly recommend that attendees study the material ahead of time! Online exams can also be proctored if attendees request an online exam once registered!
Louisiana Dept. of Health food safety certificates can be acquired one you received a certificate from this course.
