Summer Food Safety Classes – FSMA, HACCP, ServSafe
May 30 - June 15
In conjunction with the Food Science “Food Safety and Hazard Analysis” class, UHC is offering three continuing education, non-credit classes to the food industry: FSMA (Preventive Controls for Human Food) Training, Introductory HACCP Training, and ServSafe Training. These classes are open on a first come, first served basis.

All classes will be held at the University of Holy Cross Campus located at 4123 Woodland Drive, New Orleans, LA 70131 (West Bank) in the Board Room of the main building.
