Internal Auditing for the Food Industry

This workshop provides attendees with the knowledge necessary to be an effective internal auditor. This includes an understanding of the different types of audits, auditor qualifications, roles and personal attributes of auditors, how to prepare and initiate an audit, how to identify audit trails, closing meeting and initial report, corrective and preventive actions and record retention. This workshop satisfies internal auditor training requirements for 3rd party audits such as BRC, SQF, FSSC 22000, AIB, etc.
